We start with your walls
We walk the exterior with you, side by side, and check where the paint is failing and why.

PREPARATION · REPAIRS · EXTERIOR PAINTING
Peeling paint, faded color, or a stain that keeps coming back are signs the exterior needs more than a quick coat. We check the surfaces, make the repairs that come first, and prepare every wall so the new paint looks good and lasts.

Cracked stucco, damaged trim, and failed caulking are fixed before any coating goes on.
Your dedicated project manager coordinates the day-to-day work and keeps you informed.
THE EXTERIOR PAINTING YOU NEED
Wash, scrape, sand, prime, and caulk, then apply the right coating for each surface in suitable weather.
Patch cracked stucco and coat the full wall so the repair blends in with the rest of the house.
Fascia, trim, doors, railings, and gates prepared and finished to match the walls.
COATINGS & COLOR
Choose a coating suited to the wall, with crack-bridging elastomeric products used only after the wall has been made watertight.
Stucco, wood, and metal each need their own primer so the topcoat bonds and lasts.
Select the color and sheen for walls, trim, and doors, with the number of coats written into the scope.
OUR EXTERIOR PAINTING PROCESS
Your construction consultant walks around the house with you and asks what you have noticed, such as peeling paint, recurring stains, or past leaks. Those details help show where to look first.
We look for cracked stucco, soft or damaged trim, failed caulking, and moisture at the places that tend to leak, including window and door heads and the bottom of the wall.
We explain what needs to be repaired and what needs to be coated, then help you select the primer, coating, sheen, and color for each surface.
After you approve the scope and colors, we order materials and schedule the painting for a suitable weather window.
Cracked stucco is patched and damaged trim is replaced. Anything found beyond the written scope is explained to you before it is worked on.
The house is washed, scraped, sanded, primed, and caulked, and windows, plants, and walkways are covered before painting begins.
The coating is applied as specified, then we clean up and walk the exterior with you against the agreed scope.

Only if the surface underneath is sound. Peeling often points to moisture or poor preparation, so we find the cause and repair it before repainting.
Patching is routine, but matching the color of older stucco with new material is difficult. That is why stucco repair is usually followed by coating the whole wall so the repair blends in.

Walls and trim that face the afternoon sun usually wear first. We point out which sides need attention now and which can wait.
The size of the house, the condition of the surfaces, the amount of repair, the number of colors, and the preparation needed all affect the scope. We discuss these factors after walking the exterior.
